Screen Printing

Acceptable formats: Adobe Illustrator 8.0 or higher.

All art must be in vector format.
 
Fonts must be converted to outlines in artwork.

Please specify PMS colors.

No charge for PMS color match, however exact match
is not guaranteed.

Flashing is considered as an additional color for
printing on dark colors.

Due to the flexible nature of textiles, a tolerance 
of 5% from center is acceptable for imprint position.

Our maximum imprint size is 15”x15” for hand and golf
towels, and 26“x48” for beach towels and blankets.

Jumbo print is available on selected items with imprint
size up to 30"x54"

Imprint size for custom jacquard and fiber reactive
print beach towels is up to 40”x70” (edge to edge).
	 
Products may vary in color from one lot to another and
exact color matching can not be guaranteed.

Imprinted and embroidered orders will require 10-15
working days upon approval of the design.

Wash and Dry Instructions for Printed and Embroidered Items

• Wash and tumble dry before using

First Wash
• Wash separately 
• Machine wash and rinse in cold water
• Use extra rinse cycle
• Do NOT hand wash or otherwise rub print
• Tumble dry at low heat
• Do NOT use fabric softeners or bleach
• Do NOT dry clean

All Subsequent Washings
Machine wash in cold water, and tumble dry in low heat

Note: For Velcro garments, wash and dry with
Velcro fastened

• Sublimation printing set up charge: $62.50 (V) for one color or four color process edge to edge printing.
